The World-Wide-Web consortium (W3C) is the organization that is in
overall charge of Web standards, in particular HTML. This is
the root of their HTML section.

- The actual standards document, in many forms.

- For reference in relation to the previous HTML 3.2 standard.
- HTML 2.0 standard
- For reference in relation to the first real HTML standard, for
HTML 2.0.
